Product Overview.
Hydraulic control valves were introduced to China from Taiwan in the late 1990s and were first used in irrigation systems in some agricultural countries. They were produced in large quantities in European countries such as Israel, the Netherlands, and Denmark, and later developed in the United States, Canada, and Asia. They have been widely applied and developed in many fields. Our company's series of hydraulic control valves have achieved good performance in domestic and international systems such as construction, fire protection, municipal, power, and pipeline networks.
The main working principle of hydraulic control valves is to use the pressure difference between the upper and lower valve chambers to control the movement of the valve disc, and then achieve different purposes through different connections of bypass pipelines and various pilot valves. They are all used in medium with normal temperature, low pressure, physical and chemical properties similar to water. For example: remote-controlled float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure holding/relief valve, electric valve, water pump control valve, differential pressure balancing valve, emergency shut-off valve, constant water level valve, etc. If there is a breakthrough in material selection, this type of valve can also be used in medium temperature, medium pressure, or corrosive pipelines.

Product features.
The valve body adopts a full channel and streamlined design, with low fluid resistance and high flow rate. The connection between the body, cover, and piston cylinder is double sealed by a sealing gasket and a sealing ring, with no external leakage. The valve body, piston cylinder, and piston are double guided, ensuring balanced and reliable operation. The perfect combination of all stainless steel piston cylinder, integral cast piston, and NBR sealing ring greatly extends the service life. The detachable valve seat, which introduces advanced foreign technology, has a clever structure, innovative ideas, and is convenient for maintenance and replacement. A piston cylinder with a backflow hole should increase damping appropriately to make the piston movement more stable.
